Can I receive paper statements?
Quontic provides electronic statements by default. If you need paper statements, please contact Customer Care. Fees may apply.
I need a statement older than what is available online.
Send a secure message through your Online Banking Message Center. Include: Large document requests may incur a fee. If a fee applies, we will contact you for approval before processing.
How far back can I view statements online?
You can view up to 5 years of statements online. For older statements, please request them through the Message Center.
Can I access statements for closed accounts?
Statements for closed accounts are not available online. If you need copies of statements for a closed account, please contact Quontic Customer Care for assistance.
When is my statement available?
For checking, savings, and money market accounts, statements are generated on the 10th of each month. You can view your statements in Online Banking or the Quontic Mobile App: Important: Certificates of Deposit (CDs) do not generate monthly statements. Interest postings can be viewed under Account Details for each CD account.
