For checking, savings, and money market accounts, statements are generated on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or federal holiday, the statement will be generated on the preceding business day.
Statements are typically available for viewing and printing the same day; however, there may be a slight delay before the statement is visible in Online Banking or the Mobile App. Check back later in the day to view your statement.
Important: Certificates of Deposit (CDs) do not generate monthly statements. Interest postings can be viewed in the Account Details section for each CD account.
