Are there fees to close my account?
There are no fees to close a checking, savings, or money market account. CDs that have matured and are within the grace period can be closed without penalty.
Can I choose a different account for my funds transfer?
Yes, you can specify an external account during the closure request. If this account differs from your original funding account, you’ll need to provide a color photo of your valid government-issued ID
How will I receive my remaining balance when I close my account?
Funds are returned via ACH transfer to your linked external account. We do not issue paper checks.
