Loan payment instructions
Quontic Bank’s payment options are as follows:
VIA ACH:
Automatic payments from an account of your choice. By completing the ACH Form, we will set up an automatic monthly draw. Please ensure the account you specify has sufficient funds available on the day that it is set to withdraw.

Make sure to include the loan number that appears on your first monthly mortgage statement in the memo line. If the loan number is unavailable, please write down the property address in the memo line.
VIA WIRE:
Send a wire from your bank for your payment. All wires should reference the loan number that appears on your statement. If the loan number is unavailable, please reference the property address. The below wiring instructions contain all other information necessary.
