John Dunning is a Senior Loan Officer out of the Saint Louis, MO market.  Since graduating from the University of Missouri, Columbia, he has worked for some of the largest banks in the country learning how to speak mortgage fluently.  He prides himself on putting the client first and foremost in transactions.  “The need for people to understand their options when taking on the largest debt of their lives is a conversation I welcome and enjoy”.    Having an open ended and honest conversation with people initially really helps eliminate issues down the road and sets proper expectations.

In John Dunnings career in mortgages he has grown by developing relationships with financial advisors, cpa’s, divorce attorneys, realtor’s, and community leaders.  He is well versed on spotting the best possible loan solutions to fit the clients needs.  Some people have strong income but little savings.  Some people have great credit but limited income.  Some people are on a path to make significantly more money down the road than where things stand presently.  These are all scenarios that need to be discussed at the beginning to help structure the loan and strategize for the future.

John Dunning has a BA from the University of Missouri, Columbia, in History.  He is fluent in English and speaks enough Spanish to navigate around Mexico.  Born in Philadelphia, raised in Saint Louis, John played soccer in college and coaches both soccer and basketball to 4th and 7th grade currently.  He loves all things Mizzou and Saint Louis sports related.  His biggest accomplishment are his 3 incredible kids Charlie, Fiona, and Ruby and his amazing wife Kelly.
