Since starting in 2004, Joanna has developed a comprehensive expertise in mortgage retail lending and producing branch sales management. Specializing in VA, FHA, and Non-QM products, Joanna is adept at navigating the complexities of lending across all 50 states.

Fluent in both English and Tagalog, and with a basic understanding of Spanish, Joanna is well-equipped to serve a diverse clientele. Based in the Silicon Valley Bay Area, California, Joanna holds a degree from DeVry University.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling, cooking (gluten free) hitting the gym, listening to music, indulging in photography, and relaxing at beauty spas.
