If you’ve forgotten your username, you can retrieve it easily from the login screen:
- On the Login Screen (Web or Mobile App):
- Click or tap “Forgot Username”.
- Enter the following information:
- Account Number
- Social Security Number
- Birth Date
- Email Address (associated with your account)
- Complete the one-time code verification process (a code will be sent to your email or phone on file).
- Your username will be displayed on the screen
