What If I Don’t Know My Password and Can’t Log In?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily reset it:

1. On the Login Screen (Web or Mobile App):
2. Click or tap “Forgot Password”.
3. Enter your username, Social Security Number, and Zip Code.
4. Complete the one-time code verification process (a code will be sent to your email or phone on file).
5. Create a new password that meets the security requirements:
6. At least 8 characters
7. Includes one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., @#$&)
8. Different from your last 10 passwords
9. Save your new password.

Once completed, you can log in immediately with your new password.
