I am a beneficiary and the account owner has passed away. What should I do?

If you are a beneficiary and the account owner has passed:

Send the following documents to Quontic Bank:

1. Original copy of the death certificate
2. Color photo of your valid, government-issued ID
3. A cover letter with your contact information
4. Mail all documents to:
