  1. Log in to your Online Banking Platform
  2. Select Tools
  3. Click Secure Forms
  4. Under Account Maintenance, choose Request to Stop Electronic Payment(s)
  5. Complete all applicable fields and review your request
  6. Click Submit

B. Requesting a Stop Payment for a Check (Online Banking)

  1. Log in to your Online Banking Platform
  2. Select Tools
  3. Click Check Services
  4. Select Stop Payment
  5. Click on New Stop Pay Request
  6. Complete all applicable fields and review your request
  7. Click Submit Request

C. Canceling a Stop Payment for an Electronic Payment (Online Banking)

  1. Log in to your Online Banking Platform
  2. Select Tools
  3. Click Secure Forms
  4. Under Account Maintenance, choose Request to Cancel a Stop Electronic Payment(s)
  5. Complete all applicable fields and review your request
  6. Click Submit

D. Canceling a Stop Payment for a Check (Online Banking)

  1. Log in to your Online Banking Platform
  2. Select Tools
  3. Click Secure Forms
  4. Under Account Maintenance, choose Request to Cancel a Check Stop Payment(s)
  5. Complete all applicable fields and review your request
  6. Click Submit
