A. Requesting a Stop Payment for an Electronic Payment (Mobile App)

  1. Log in to your Mobile Banking App
  2. Tap Tools
  3. Tap Secure Forms
  4. Under Account Maintenance, select Request to Stop Electronic Payment(s)
  5. Complete all applicable fields and review your request
  6. Tap Submit

B. Requesting a Stop Payment for a Check (Mobile App)

  1. Log in to your Mobile Banking App
  2. Tap Tools
  3. Tap Check Services
  4. Select Stop Payment
  5. Tap New Stop Pay Request
  6. Complete all applicable fields and review your request
  7. Tap Submit Request

C. Canceling a Stop Payment for an Electronic Payment (Mobile App)

  1. Log in to your Mobile Banking App
  2. Tap Tools
  3. Tap Secure Forms
  4. Under Account Maintenance, select Request to Cancel a Stop Electronic Payment(s)
  5. Complete all applicable fields and review your request
  6. Tap Submit

D. Canceling a Stop Payment for a Check (Mobile App)

  1. Log in to your Mobile Banking App
  2. Tap Tools
  3. Tap Secure Forms
  4. Under Account Maintenance, select Request to Cancel a Check Stop Payment(s)
  5. Complete all applicable fields and review your request
  6. Tap Submit
