How Do I Sync My Card with Retailers?

To sync your card on a Web Browser:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Hover over Tools in the menu.
3. Select Sync Card with Retailers.
4. Search for the merchant you want to connect with.
5. Click on the merchant(s) and select Continue.
6. Enter the requested information and click Continue.
7. Enter your username and password for your merchant’s online account.
8. Click Submit.
9. You will be redirected to the merchant’s website to complete the syncing process.

To sync your card on the Mobile App:

1. Tap More in the bottom menu.
2. Select Tools.
3. Choose Sync Card with Retailers.
4. Search for the merchant you want to connect with.
5. Click on the merchant(s) and select Continue.
6. Enter the requested information and click Continue.
7. Enter your username and password for your merchant’s online account.
8. Click Submit.
9. You will be redirected to the merchant’s website to complete the syncing process.
