You can update your alert preferences anytime:
- On a Web Browser:
- Log in to your online banking account.
- Hover over “Settings” and select “Alerts”.
- Click “Edit” next to the alert you want to change.
- Update the details (alert type, threshold amount, delivery method) and save your changes.
- On the Mobile App:
- Tap “More”, then “Settings”, then “Alerts”.
- Select the alert you want to edit, make your changes, and save.
