You can update your alert preferences anytime:

  1. On a Web Browser:
    • Log in to your online banking account.
    • Hover over “Settings” and select “Alerts”.
    • Click “Edit” next to the alert you want to change.
    • Update the details (alert type, threshold amount, delivery method) and save your changes.
  2. On the Mobile App:
    • Tap “More”, then “Settings”, then “Alerts”.
    • Select the alert you want to edit, make your changes, and save.
