To To close your CD account, follow these steps:
Online Banking (Desktop):
- Navigate to Tools → Secure Forms
- Select the CD Account Closure Form and complete the required details
Mobile App:
- Tap More → Tools → Secure Forms
- Select the CD Account Closure Form and complete the required details
Tip: If you choose a different account for your closure transfer than the one used for your initial deposit, you will be required to provide additional documentation.
