You can add a beneficiary through Online Banking or the Quontic Mobile App:
- Web Browser:
- Log in at olb.quontic.com.
- Select Tools > Secure Forms.
- Complete the Beneficiary Request Form with all required details.
- Mobile App:
- Open the Quontic app and tap More (bottom right).
- Select Tools > Secure Forms.
- Complete the form to add your beneficiary.
