You can deactivate Credit Score Monitoring anytime through Online Banking or the Mobile App.
Online Banking (Desktop):
- Navigate to Financial Planning
- Select Credit Score Monitoring
- Click Resources
- Select View Now under Profile Settings
- Click Deactivate Credit Score Account
Mobile App:
- Tap More → Financial Planning
- Select Credit Score Monitoring
- Tap Resources
- Select View Now under Profile Settings
- Tap Deactivate Credit Score Account
