How Can I Unenroll from the Credit Score Monitoring Feature?

You can deactivate Credit Score Monitoring anytime:

On a Web Browser:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Hover over “Financial Planning” in the menu.
3. Select “Credit Score Monitoring”.
4. Click on “Resources”.
5. Select “View Now” under Profile Settings.
6. Click on “Deactivate Credit Score Account”.

On the Mobile App:

1. Tap “More” in the bottom menu.
2. Select “Financial Planning”.
3. Choose “Credit Score Monitoring”.
4. Click on “Resources”.
5. Select “View Now” under Profile Settings.
6. Click on “Deactivate Credit Score Account”.
