When will my Pay Ring expire?
All Pay Rings will expire on December 31, 2026. After that date, the Pay Ring will no longer be available for transactions, regardless of when it was originally activated.
Will my Pay Ring stop working on September 16, 2026?
No. September 16, 2026 only impacts the ability to order new or replacement Pay Rings. Customers with an active Pay Ring may continue using it until December 31, 2026.
I already have a Pay Ring. Can I continue using it?
Yes. Existing activated Pay Rings may continue to be used for contactless purchases wherever contactless payments are accepted through December 31, 2026. After December 31, 2026, all Pay Rings will expire and will no longer be available for use.
Can I order a replacement Pay Ring?
No. Replacement Pay Rings are currently unavailable. Customers who already have a Pay Ring may continue using it until December 31, 2026. Lost, stolen, damaged, defective, or expired Pay Rings cannot currently be replaced.
Can I order a new Pay Ring?
No. Effective September 16, 2026, new Pay Ring orders are no longer being accepted. Quontic is currently developing an enhanced wearable payment solution and will provide updates regarding future availability as additional information becomes available.
What is happening to the Quontic Pay Ring?
Effective September 16, 2026, Quontic is temporarily pausing the Pay Ring program while we develop an enhanced wearable payment experience. Existing activated Pay Rings may continue to be used until December 31, 2026, after which all Pay Rings will expire and will no longer be available for purchases.
