I cannot find my Activation Code?

Your activation code is located on a sticker attached to the wrapper of the plastic ring box. If you’re unable to find it, please reach out to us through a secure message in your online banking or mobile app’s Message Center, found under the Tools section, to request your activation code.

Where can I use my Ring?

Rings can be used at any payment terminal that accepts contactless payments. Look for the contactless symbol. Please note that there may be instances where a terminal is unable to accept the Ring as a payment device – just like some contactless terminals can’t read a debit card and ask that you use chip instead.
