What if my deposit is rejected?
If your deposit is not accepted, you’ll receive a notification via email or through our secure Message Center with more details to help you understand why. Some common reasons include, but are not limited to:
How will I know if my deposit was successful?
You’ll receive an email confirmation, and you can check the status under Deposit > Activity in the app.
Should I keep the check after depositing?
Yes. Keep the check for at least 45 days before securely destroying it.
How long does it take for my deposit to clear?
Refer to our Funds Availability Policy within our Quontic Bank Disclosure Required By Federal Law Disclosure for timeframes when your check will be available for use.
What is the cutoff time for deposits?
Deposits made before 4:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) are processed the same day. Deposits made after 4:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
