What happens when my card expires?
Quontic will automatically mail you a replacement card before your current card expires. You should receive it at least two weeks prior to the end of the expiration month. Once you receive your new card: If you haven’t received your replacement card or need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team.
Can I increase my ATM Card limits?
Yes, you may request a temporary increase to your debit card limits. To submit your request, please send a secure message through the Message Center in your Online Banking or Mobile App, and include the following: Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. We recommend submitting your request in advance of the intended transaction.
Can I have more than one ATM Card per account?
No. Each account holder may have only one active ATM Card per eligible account.

You can view your withdrawal activity anytime through Online or Mobile Banking. Simply log into your account and check your transaction history.
