Victor is a Managing Partner at Snowwater Investment Partners, an SEC registered investment advisory firm. He has over 20 years of global investment experience from a variety of investment industry roles. Most recently he was Director of Investment Analytics at Citi Private Bank. At Citi, he helped design investment portfolio solutions for UHNW and Family Office investors. Prior to Citi, Victor spent 8 years at a Single-Family Office where he managed a multi asset investment portfolio. He also helped build two commodity derivatives businesses for multinational organizations, one while living in London in 2006.
Victor also teaches derivatives, investment analysis, and fixed income courses as an adjunct professor at the Tobin School of Business, St. John’s University. He is also an active mentor at the University of Pennsylvania and Pace University.
Victor has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also has a BS in Computer Science from St. John’s University and a MS in Finance from the Lubin School of Business, Pace University.
Victor is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is an active participant in the CFA Society of New York and has his Series 7, 66, 65, 3 and 33 securities licenses.
Victor lives in Westchester, NY with his wife, Cathi, and 2 children. He also enjoys spending time outdoors with his family on the North Fork of Long Island.
