Paul Campbell is the Executive Vice President of Lending at Kwik Mortgage with duties encompassing Distributed Retail, Wholesale, Recruiting and Operations. He is also the Co-Founder of Equilibrium Mortgage Solutions, an Off and On-Shore loan fulfillment outsource services provider. Paul is an accomplished home mortgage lending professional who began his career in 1991 with Countrywide Home Loans in Pasadena California. Paul led the Johnson Development Corporation Initiative (JDC) spearheaded by the CEO of Washington Mutual Bank and Magic Johnson. The “JDC” initiative created mortgage lending opportunities, both sales and operations, in Low to Moderate Income communities across America.  Paul has also led and participated in Home Improvement build-ups with Habitat for Humanity, as well as being an intern with the NAACP in the Pasadena California Chapter.  Leaving no one behind, Paul has participated within many organizations such as VAREP National while at Chase Bank and was the National Affordable Lending Operations Leader for Washington Mutual Bank.  During the Mortgage Melt Down and “Great Recession” at Wells Fargo Bank, Paul assisted in helping Americans to refinance or modify their home loans or receive forbearance. Paul is most passionate in roles that have engaged homeowners and community organizations in an array of progressive opportunities geared toward providing the dream of home ownership to all at every level in the social economic structure.

Paul’s current employer Kwik Mortgage is an international minority owned and operated lender. Paul is a graduate of the University of La Verne in La Verne, CA, and a former US Marine.
