Donna Hubert is a seasoned banking executive with deep expertise in bank operations, compliance, administration and management that has been honed with three decades of bank industry experience after serving in a myriad of professional positions. As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for ten years, Donna ensures Quontic’s compliance to organizational, legal, and government regulations and rules with the strategic establishment and oversight of all relevant policies and procedures. She is also acknowledged as an exceptionally strong leader and mentor for her ability to motivate and develop staff to continually deliver record efficiencies and work at peak productivity levels. Donna possesses a demonstrated capacity for taking full charge of an operation with a consistent record of key contributions for each assignment.

As a highly trusted CAO, Donna provides critical support to the President and Audit & Examination Committee, acts as Board and Audit Committee Secretary, Compliance Chair, IT Steering Committee Secretary and Internal Audit Coordinator. Under her leadership, Quontic is guided to put forth accurate and complete responses to internal auditors, regulators, including onsite visits, periodic examinations, general and specific requests for information and records.

Prior to joining Quontic Bank, Donna served as Senior Vice President of Banking Operations for several New York area banks.
