If you’re unable to log in, you can retrieve your username directly from the login screen.
Online Banking or Mobile App:
- Select “Forgot Username”
- Enter your account number, Social Security Number, date of birth, and email address
- Complete the one-time verification code sent to your email or phone on file
Once completed, your username will be displayed on the screen.
