What if I close my Quontic account?
If you plan to close your Quontic account, transfer any funds from Unifimoney back into your Quontic account first. Once your funds are moved, contact Quontic Customer Care to complete your account closure. Note: Unifimoney accounts are managed by Unifimoney. Quontic does not close or manage investment accounts.
How do I fund investments?
Investing must be funded from your Unifimoney cash-holding account, which links to your active Quontic account. External bank accounts cannot fund investments directly. You may transfer money from external accounts into your Quontic account, and then move funds into Unifimoney.
What happens after my application is approved?
Depending on the investment option you select, Unifimoney creates and manages a portfolio for you. Quontic does not manage or influence portfolio creation.
How do I add a beneficiary(s)?
To add beneficiaries, contact Unifimoney Customer Support via email at [email protected]
Can Unifimoney accounts be joint accounts?
No. Unifimoney accounts are individual accounts tied to your Social Security Number (SSN). Each Quontic account owner must submit their own application.
Can I enroll with more than one bank?
No. You can enroll in Unifimoney with only one financial institution. If you currently use Unifimoney through another institution and want to switch to Quontic, contact Unifimoney directly.
