Scott Appelbaum is a Senior Loan Specialist with extensive experience working alongside brokers, bankers, and directly with borrowers. He specializes in NON-QM loans, utilizing alternative documentation to help more borrowers qualify.

Scott’s journey began over 20 years ago as a retail Loan Officer at a major money center bank. He then transitioned to the wholesale platform, serving as a Senior Account Executive for the top lender in the country.
